Hi All. So I just was looking at the Forever 21 website and saw a "new arrival". It is this blue skirt with tiered layers with a 3D look. To me it reminds me of a dress done by Marchesa in the Spring 2009 collection. The reason why I say this is because I knocked it off myself and my knockoff looks pretty similar to the Forever 21 knock off. So what do you think? Is it a knock off or not?
